Will this adhere to cement?

Yes it will, very well. I used some to attach sheet steel to fire brick to create a damper of sorts for a gas fireplace log set. That was 5 years ago and it's still working. Greg

What's the difference between this and epoxy sculpt?

I researched it & the only difference is that it is more like a combined modeling clay & epoxy resin, so it is more malleable...

Can this be cast in a commercial mold?

Yes you can. I've used Allumilite Quick Set to make molds of my sculpts. Worked great!

Will this adhere to bare metal or primer painted metal best?

Bare metal. When you glue to paint, the result is only as strong as the paint.
