I loved this bike the moment I started to unbox it. Their quality care second to none. It made me feel good about the bike. Assembling the bike was minimal and very easy, it had to be 75% already assembled in the box. If you buy this bike, you will be satisfied with the care the company took to make you happy with this bike.

Excellent value all around, good components, packaging. very nice looking bike.

Easy to assemble, but be sure to watch video since written assembly instructions are general, rather than specific to this bike model. Bike trouble free immediately after assembly without the need for any further adjustment. Quality bike in attractive color combo. Probably durable, since handlebars, seat post, etc. are heavy steel, not lighter aluminum. Recommend buyers not plan to modify this bike. (For a more upright riding position, prior to purchase, I always intended to upgrade the OEM handlebar & stem). I found bike very difficult to modify, since factory overtightened gear/brake levers where attached to handlebar, making removal EXTREMELY difficult. Without this problem, I would rate this bike 5 stars!

Got this Bike for my son for Christmas and to our surprise the front folk was welded so bad They thought this was acceptable to send to a customer. On Christmas my son open the gift to get his hopes up to be disappointed. The title says it all.Update: 12/30Customer service got in touch with me and they are sending a replacement. It’s currently on the way. The customer service was great and they corrected a mistake and as a consumer that’s all I can ask for. 4 star now. Thanks guys my son is excited for the new bike again.
