Can I get these with the lens separate from the assembly?

I have not seen only lenses sold, the lenses are the most easily broken so they come with the new assembly

Are they dot approved? do they have a dot stamp?

Yes but I was not happy with them 2 months they got water in them had to reseal them. There better ones out there

Is there anyway to adjust these left and right?

i couldn’t even get them to go up and down i turned the adjuster for like 1 min and no movement

Will this fit a 2006 silverado duramax 2500hd ?

Dont buy these crappy lights. They dont seal out moisture and the lower set of day driving lights pop out when I hit hard bumps on the road. The plastic tabs that push into the bracket on the truck areway to thin and flimsy. I would return them but It is too late. Now I will buy new ones at the dealer
