Good product
Nice and thick! Holding up very well after several weeks with no weakening of the support provided by the "fingers" of foam. Yes, I would buy this again!

4" convoluted foam mattress pad - I love it
I had my doubts having had several of these. I have a Cal King bed and yes, the king does come in two pieces, but I found that an advantage. There is only a small rise in the middle of the bed where they meet, which would probably go away if someone slept there. Two pieces means if one person doesn't want their side soft, they have that option. Also, if I am traveling, I could pull my side off and use it. I have a herniated disc and problems at several spine levels, and sleep is very difficult for me. I am actually getting more good nights asleep with this pad. I would definitely order this again. Of note: on a Cal King, you do end up with extra left over on the sides which you can either accept as more stretch out room for your arms, or turn the pads so the division happens across your body instead of the vertical center of the bed. (that wouldn't be good for me).......9/2/14 update: I've just ordered my second one and will use the original in our boat or on spare beds. That's how much I have liked and used this product. I can even lay on my side for some of the night - something I couldn't do for years because of my spine. Yes, it has lost "some" of it's support in that the center is more worn. That's where all bodies exert the most pressure, especially if you tend to sleep on your side. However, I turn it around each time I change the sheets. The top goes to the bottom and/or sometimes I flip the whole thing and sleep on the flat side - that works too. I think doing this gives it a longer life. Overall, this has held up far better than any other pad I've owned, with the exception of high density memory foam pads that feel like cement to my spine so I can't even lay on them.

Wow, this one is a keeper
My husband and I have had 'convoluted' mattress pads for years (we call them 'egg crate mattress' as some of you may have heard). In the last four years we used what we thought was the cadillac of mattress toppers. It was a 4" one with what we called 'fingers.' When I first got this topper in the mail I wondered if it would be as good since the shape of the 'fingers' was different. This topper has more inverted 'v' shaped fingers than long slender ones. As it turns out, it is much better. I love it. I've told my husband I feel like I'm in a cozy cloud--no pressure felt anywhere. Heaven. I do have one big gripe though. I ordered a King size topper. When I opened the large package that arrived quickly, I discovered I'd received two twin-size toppers instead. No where on the ordering info did I see that it would come this way. In fact, the size quoted for the King-size is actually a few inches shorter than the 2 twins together. In the end I opted to keep them as is rather than go thru the hassle of sending them back and blah blah blah. With the sheet over them sort of holding them in place, it works for us. I have noticed that after a few days following a freshly washed sheet, a crease forms where the two pieces meet (I put them on sideways figuring they would be less problematic). But you can't tell when sleeping on it and I just retuck the sheet in at the ends. All in all we are very happy with it.

Not built for day to day use.
We bought this to help remedy a hard mattress, this did the job for the first couple weeks. Then the body weight areas left permanent indentations and no matter how many times we took it off to let re-shape it remained dented. Felt like our bed had dips in the middle and started creating back issues. We have one that we use on our blow up beds for guests and because its not used much its ok. This is not for permanent use on your day to day bed.

I am so glad I read the reviews before I ordered
So I have been sleeping on foam egg crate toppers for years now. It's always been an inexpensive way to soften up a firm mattress. But I'd noticed in recent years that they don't seem to make the old school "egg crate" foam toppers anymore, and now have foam toppers with circles and swirls, etc., and the foam keeps getting thinner and cheaper every time I go to replace my old one. The stores that I would look for them were Walmart, Target, and Bed Bath and Beyond. And not only were they getting flimsier and more cheaply made but the cost kept going up! So out of frustration, I decided to look online, and lo and behold, I found my old school foam egg crate topper. Now, one thing to consider, is that if you order king size, they come in two twin pieces to be placed side by side. I am so glad I read the reviews before I ordered, because someone had mentioned that that is how the king size came, but that it still worked just fine. Well, guess what, it does work just fine and I now have my old school, thick egg crate foam topper, and I love it.

We Love It!!!
This foam mattress pad makes all the difference in our comfort & helps us get a good night's sleep (something that wasn't happening before using this foam mattress pad)! The good reviews sounded promising & with our arthritis challenges, we definitely needed something that will help us both.It certainly does raise the height of bed & I solved that with pulling out my one step step-stool to get in more easily. Bottom sheets need large pockets to accommodate the 4" foam pad & mattress & it usually needs a little adjusting when making the bed each morning but believe me...it's well worth it!We followed the instructions & unrolled each pad (there are two pads that make a king size) & let it air & rejuvenate for awhile (though there was no outgassing) & find no negatives!Wish I'd looked for this much earlier...it's a winner! I'd put 6 stars if I could...Rh

It is not as comfortable as my old one
Unfortunately, this did not solve my sleeping problem. It is not as comfortable as my old one, which was thinner. I think it is actually too thick for me, and I would prefer a pad that is only about 2 inches thick.
