GypTool Heavy Duty Drywall Sheet Cart & Panel Dolly with 4 Swivel Wheels - Orange

This cart is fantastic. I build large slab dining tables. I can put several slabs on this cart at one time and away I go. The wheels have a pin that you can pull so that all four wheels can be set in line or left to swivel. You can set two in line and two to swivel. The lock in place. And the wheels are massive and super well build. It arrived in perfect condition and I was able to completely assemble in under a half hour. Just thrilled and what quality I got at a pretty darn reasonable price!! And it's nicely painted orange. I think I'll drive thru at McDonalds just to show it off...........

I lucked out and mine came in a well handled package, unborn, and everything inside was wrapped and for the most part scratch free. I'm sure they're figuring that you're not serving tea on this so they don't go crazy keeping the parts separated in the box. The tube's and support bars went together relatively easy. I don't like rattling stuff so I took up any gaps with washers and made solid connections...perfect!! If you're assembling the castors but yourself, you're gonna swear a bit!! They could have made this an absolute 10 if they had simply welded the nuts up inside the frame so all ya had to do was put a little blue thread locker on the bolts and send them up through!! Would save you an hour of fighting with gravity and incredibly tight spaces!! 🙄 All in all, this thing is solidly built, the casters are awesome, and it's a great addition to my countertop shop!!

I purchased two of these bad boys and both came with all the necessary tools for the build. Very easy to put together maybe takes 15 min on your first try. The only difficult part is the wheels on the side that the metal covers. This is because you have to squeeze your hand in to get the bolts and screws through. Other than that it’s easy. All the wheels have locking capabilities. Both of mine came with blemishes/ scratches on the metal. For me, it doesn’t matter I’m laying carpet on the bottom and using for small pieces of quartz. I showed the pictures of the scratches. You can’t really notice once it’s put together. Overall, the quality of the machining and for the purpose-I highly recommend.

First, the overall build quality, wheels, etc. are extremely robust and of a quality one would not expect even at twice the price. The wheels in particular are quite amazing and even have grease fittings for the ball bearings. There is a locking caster mechanism which allows all wheels to lock in pretty much any direction and the design and implementation of this is quite nice. There really is no reason not to buy this cart with the 4-wheel swivel option given that any wheel can be locked in a specific direction (or allowed to swivel freely). The only downside to all of this robustness is that this is one heavy cart! Unfortunately, I, like a few others I notice, ran into a few assembly issues. The upright tubing seems to be defective in that some of the pieces are out of round. The consequence is that they are impossible to assemble together without some hammering and bending. I ended up having to use a vice to aid in bending a few of the ends enough so that I could at least get them started and then had to finish the job off by hammering one tube into another. Given that my experience is not unique, it may be that this item is actually B-stock/ defective due to the out of round tubing. Still, with some effort, I got it together and will still give it four stars due to the crazy build quality/ robustness. One thing to consider though is that once this cart is together, it's probably not coming apart easily so don't expect to be able to break it down if you run into the same assembly issues with the tubing. Finally, the packaging of this cart +FedEx is a recipe for disaster. I found my package completely open leaning against the garage where FedEx left it. Parts where hanging out (as pictured) and the two halves of the box where not attached in any way (all of the straps had been cut). There were many deep gouges in the paint on the metal parts but by some miracle, all of the nuts, bolts and wheels made it.

This is built strong and is very sturdy. The only minor concern is that the boxes arrived slightly damaged due to the contents but the pieces themselves were not damaged except for one slight scratch. Nothing major and for the price, totally worth it. The casters are also heavy duty. Took about 20 minutes to put together. Instructions were not clear but it's easy to see what pieces go where. Highly recommended.

This cart is very heavy-duty including the 4 swivel-locking casters. It’s perfect for storing and moving sheet stock (plywood and mdf) around my small home wood shop. It was easy to assemble. The brackets which received the tubing braces was flared slightly open but closed up nicely as the bolts were tightened. No issues at all. The packing was OK. One band was broken during shipping but there were sufficient additional bands that were taped to the surface of the box to keep the package closed. No issues with packaging. This was a good purchase that’s going to make handling sheet stock much easier.

So far so good. Had to store 18 sheets of 4x8' Hardie cement panels as client has delayed project. Could hardly push this loaded cart because of the nearly 1,600 pounds sitting on it. But this cart is taking the load and not tipping over. Seems very sturdy after a few weeks put in service.

The casters were a little difficult bolt on the front side and the mail carrier tore up the box a bit. But all pieces were intact and the cart is super sturdy and easy to move around. It was definitely worth the money and if I needed another, I wouldn’t hesitate to purchase another. Awesome product! Thank you!
