Will it stick to silicon coated tents and is the product itself silicon based?

Can't say as my awning is not silicone based.

I have just bought cloth trainer style bowling shoes. Would this product be suitable to make them and my bowling bag waterproof?

I'de say water resistant rather than proof, it provides an invisible coating that repels water but water will eventually soak through.

what area of canvas would 5 litres cover? Thank you
