Are these good for outdoor projects? Do they wash off in the rain?

Thieve are just basic acrylic paints. They aren’t very thick, so coverage is poor. As with all acrylics, you would need a separate clear exterior varnish to protect from the weather. I use these for rock painting and then seal with an exterior clear varnish.

Can you use these for nail art

I highly doubt it, it dries matte. Probably best to look for actual nail paint.

Can these be used on card?

I would think so as it’s just regular acrylic paint. Cannot comment if it’ll warp the card material or not. Wouldn’t imagine so as it’s not watercolour. Safest to test first.
