Great product works well

Great watch for what you pay for. Lets break it down.Pros - The price is great. Its not a top of the line brand name smart watch but I bought this with the intention of having a pretty good smart watch that doesn't break the bank. I am a notorious watch breaker and my career doesn't help.The touch screen is very responsive and easy to use.The customization is great. You have preset watch faces and a small library of watch faces. Additionally you can upload a picture via the app on the watch face with minor color customization. Nothing crazyWatch band is quick release.The Cons -I have bear paws for arms. While the watch band is stretchy, it its comfortable on the last notch. Will have to get a bigger band.There is a game on the watch similar to flappy bird. Its pretty lame and unnecessary. My opinion, at leastYou can receive messages and notifications but you can't respond. I probably wouldn't want to type on it but maybe a list of simple preset responses would be good.The BP monitor is inaccurate. I measured both via the watch and a wrist bp monitor. It was 113/70 and 150/78 respectively. (I have high blood pressure.) It sure would be nice if the watch was accurate! But after research, the bp monitor technology is new even on high end smart watches.The app, while easy to navigate, is obviously coded by someone who has English as a second language. As is the paper instructions and even the Amazon description on here. I believe I read something in the instructions while setting up the watch that literally said "manslaughter of the watch" instead of a more proper descriptive word.The flick of the wrist to turn on the watch face is not very responsive and basically not working if you are supine.All in all. A pretty good starter watch for the price you pay.

the item arrived as expected and after a short setup, the watch did perform ok. i wore the watch sproadically, never was the watch in the water or even under the shower. the watch face is now showing with vertical lines through the watch face. resetting it on the watch, via the iOS app and a hard reset to factory did not resolve the issue.after many eMails over a period of 3-4 weeks with their customer service their assessment is that there is a "short circuit" inside the watch - which is a manufacturing issue. i have pressed them for a replacement at no cost to me - and this is when they went silent.....i'll give it another week and update thenwould i buy this again or recomment this to anyone in my circle? NOPE!!update: after way too many emails with their customer service, i must have ended up with one rep that is actually interested in customer satisfaction and positive resolution of an existing issues. the option of a full refund or a replacement was offered. as i have already opted for the refund, it was managed and resolved by them quickly. full refund was received. thankful and lucky that i ended up with the Csustomer service rep that was able to quicky resolve the issue.

There is nothing the least bit "military" about this watch. I have no idea why they say that it does.The watch is not accurate. I understand that the seller claims you can get better accuracy by wearing the watch so that it sits firmly against your skin. This may be true, but doing that cuts off air circulation and caused a rash. I have to wear it a bit looser.The pulse measurements might be more or less accurate. I seriously question the blood pressure readings. It is supposed to measure oxygen concentration in your blood. Maybe it does; but that's not very useful. Your numbers are mostly going to be in the upper 90%'s.What I find useful about this watch is its ability to track my activity. It keeps tracks of my steps throughout the day. If I set the watch to some activity, it measures how I do with that activity. For example, if I set it for walking, it measures my steps, the distance I walked, my speed, and even my heart rate. The heart rate is completely silly - I get scores of astronomical pulse rates.The watch communicates this information to my phone via an app, using bluetooth. The app stores the information and you can get an idea of how well you're doing with your exercise routines.There is a sleep monitoring function that is hit-and-miss. Sometimes it's almost perfectly accurate. Other times it has me sleeping two hours or twenty.There are features for connection to your phone's audio, which seems useless. The phone's speaker is far too small to give good quality sound. You can also get the weather through your phone. Evidently you could control your phone's camera through the watch, though I can't see how this would be useful.The battery life is decent. I had the watch set to turn on the display when I moved my wrist to view the face. This was a little convenient, but heavily drained the battery. Many of my wrist motions turn on the display even when I wasn't looking. When I turned off this feature, the battery life became quite good, maybe using 5% of the charge in a day.One feature I like is its ability to connect with the Android Fit app on my phone, sharing information. That helps me keep track of my activities and progress.All in all I am pleased with this watch. It's not an accurate monitor of your physical functions. It can give you a ballpark idea of where you are. But it does help you keep track of the steps you take during the day, and of whatever exercises you select for it to measure. There's walking, biking, running, skipping, badminton, basketball, and so on.
