G-Shock GW-M5610U-1ER Classic Multifunction LCD Black Strap Wristwatch

It looks awesome, has many features, is very accurate, and I'm sure this watch will last decades from what I've heard. I think this is probably the best watch you can buy, based on functionality and reliability (can't comment on how long it will last, but from what I've heard G-Shocks are incredibly durable and last 15-20, and even longer. The only real thing to ask yourself before buying this watch is: do I like how it looks? I personally love it. I love this kind of retro-digital kind of style. I also think this watch can be adapted to pretty much any form of attire, except from maybe very formal kind of attire. Even then, I have seen it adapted in some cases. It's not too chunky, but it looks like it can take a beating. FIT: As for the fit of this watch, for reference see the image I have attached. I have a small wrist. My wrist is only 6 inches. Despite this, the watch fits well on my wrist. If you have a small wrist like me, you won't have to worry about this watch looking too big for your wrist. Most people have around a 6.5-7 inch wrist. I have seen video reviews and whatnot, and it seems to look great on medium-large wrists just as well. So, in short, no need to worry about the fit of the watch! No problems with anything so far, and the battery arrived at high charge, which is great. If yours arrives on low charge, make sure to place it in front of a window for 3 or 4 days to let it charge up to at least medium charge. From then on, you can pretty much forget about it. The watch should constantly remain on high charge by you just wearing it. However, make sure you do charge it up if it arrives on low charge. I have seen a complaint about someone whose watch died in a short time. This is most likely because it arrived on low charge, and the person didn't realise so they just wore it normally from day one. I know it might be inconvenient, but it's a one time thing to do, for decades of use. You can probably expect to have to replace the battery 10-15 years down the line (only if it starts not being able to hold charge efficiently). By then, you'll probably have bought more G-Shocks, but it's nice to know either way. The takeaway is: I strongly recommend this watch. It is often described as 'the only watch you'll ever need' and I completely agree with that. This watch is perfect, unless you don't like its aesthetic. In that case, there are plenty of other G-Shocks that are just as great, with a different look. If you don't like the digital aspect of it, there are also quartz gshocks available.

Multiband 5 and Tough Solar in a classic looking G-Shock strap which is made of Bio-Resin which wears well, the multiple time zones is nice if you need them, the timer, 5 alarms & stopwatch are really useful and you can still see the time whilst using them which is really useful but the one negative is that the display is not as viewable at angles and clear compared to most Casio LCDs not to say its at all bad just not as perfect as most Casios (not too major), the multiband 6 is so nice since it calibrates from one of 6 radio towers across the world every night to keep your watch up to date which gives you phone level accuracy which separates this watch from most sub £100 watches the light is good since its an LED but there are is a brighter version that Casio didn't put in probably to help with battery life and to be clear you can still see perfectly but it's not as nice if you've ever used those superLED backlit Casios. the tough solar actually charges a separate smaller rechargeable battery but I'd say it helps with battery over the long run and it has and indicator in the bottom right. I have many watches but I usually pick this since the accuracy and functionality is so helpful throughout my day. I'd really recommend!

I absolutely love this Casio G shock, ever since I bought it, it’s been my go to everyday watch. I barely touch my watch box anymore because I just wear this one all the time. The solar powered battery is a huge plus, so no worrying about replacements. The lift to light feature is brilliant, I love this and world time came in super handy on my recent trips, I didn’t have to reset the watch when flying across time zones. The multiband sync keeps the time accurate automatically (though it’s not available everywhere, like when I went to India on a recent trip, it works perfectly in the UK). The Casio vintage design looks amazing, the build quality is rugged and sturdy, and I’ve received a lot of compliments on it. Honestly, I have zero complaints, it’s versatile, reliable, and stylish enough to wear with any outfit. Totally worth every penny. The watch arrived on time and was packaged really well, so no issues with delivery at all.

This watch has everything you would expect from Casio G-shocks. Its solidly built, it feels like it will last a long time. Pros: multi band 6, ive checked it and it is accurate to the second, doesnt take long to sync. Nice Backlight. Long lasting Battery - solar powered for recharging, so in theory no requirement for battery change. I like the visible date (M/D or D/M) Has all the useful things like timer and stopwatch etc Personal preference but I enjoy the aesthetic - the little red band around the face and gold and blue touches. The face sits nicely on the wrist and is not massive like some g shocks Cons Ive never been a fan of casios resin bands. Some are better than others. It may not be an issue for you, but they can feel a little uncomfortable depending on the size of the watch face. An easily solution is an after market replacement band made of another material. On more extreme angles, it can be difficult to read (maybe say less than 45⁰) but no one would read their watches at that angle normally. Conclusion: its easy to see why alot of people call this the best value for money G shock. Ive had it now around one month and it is a tank. A great solid and reliable watch. Clear and easy to read, and very useful. Delivery was great, no issues with packaging. Remember when you open to leave it to sync.

When you buy a G-Shock watch you expect it to be oversized, over built and generally massive. This one isn’t . So much so that I was ready to send it back and had got as far as putting in the box with a returns label. But I’d read in several places that it can take a bit of getting used too as this G Shock can initially feel and look far too small and not what you expect from one, so I gave it another chance. I’m glad I did as it turns out it’s quite possibly the perfect digital watch. It doesn’t need a battery change for a good long while being solar powered, accurate to the second due to the radio control setting the time each day and small and light enough that you forget you’re even wearing it. Seems as well made as any other G shock too and has the usual specs such as alarm, chronograph, timer and world time. Price is pretty reasonable at around £90 for something that you can put on, bash it about, get it wet and forget about until it you need it. I genuinely can’t fault this watch. Give it a chance even if it does seem too small to start with.

This watch is so good I keep coming back to it time and time again. I managed to destroy my last one and then tried a bunch of watches including other G-Shock and eventually returned to this. No need for battery replacement and no need for Bluetooth, accurate, built like a tank, can easily fit under sleeves, easy to navigate around if you know your G Shock watches.

Honestamente todos hemos pensado en tener un reloj para el fin del mundo, y este reloj seria la mejor opción, calidad de g-shock por lo que es casi indestructible con uso cotidiano, se pone en hora solo y no te debes de preocupar de la batería en años ya que se recarga de manera solar, pir lo que no hay necesidad de abrir el reloj comprometiendo su resistencia, para mi es simplemente el mejor reloj que puedes comprar y vale por completo la pena

Creo que un modelo de reloj atemporal, sienta bien en cualquier circunstancia, por no hablar de la comodidad que da que sea de carga solar, basta para tenerlo un dia a plena luz solar, para que te aguante tres meses sin luz, si no más, tiene de todo, lo que necesito. Calendario ( día en español, mes sin preocuparte si finaliza el 30/32, año, perpetuo hasta el año 2100. En cima resistente a golpes fuertes, no se raya facilmente, no obstante le he comprado un protector de pantalla. Tiene varias alarmas y distintos hirarios internacionales. Y no me extiendo mas, un buen reloj, practico, duro, sumergible 200 m., y por lo que te da, lo considero muy, muy, economico al precio actual , lo recomiendo 100%.
