Where is this plank made - USA or China? Thanks.

Some confusion exists-I have two planks and neither have the same part number that you show in your question. But to answer the best I can, I offer the following:The little giant plank which is the 6 foot one is made in the USA and the part number is "model number 15070"The other one I have is "model number 11016" it is a 10 foot to 16 foot extendable plank. It does not explicitly say where it was made but has nothing but American addresses and telephone numbers etc. on it.Hope this helps...

what is weight capacity

I think it is 220 lbs. I am in the 195 lb range and I feel quite safe on the plank although I wish it was a higher limit to allow for things like heavy tools or maybe a 5 gal paint bucket that will exceed the weight limit if you are at 200 lbs or more.

I always see picture putting this on lower rungs of the ladder, but is it still safe to place on higher rungs? (using LG ladder that splits, thanks)

According to LadderSafetyTraining.org, the platform should be placed no higher than 3X the width of the ladder at it's base. My LG 17 ft Velocity has a base width of 23". Therefore I can use this on any rung since the highest one is 48". However, the instructions that came with my ladder say, "Do not stand on the plank above 3 feet. So that is one rung down, of course at 36".
