Perfect replacement
My original unit finally gave out after about 15 years. The original was a little difficult to remove due to age and location but this replacement fit perfectly and am back to pushing button to start instead of hunting down a long stem lighter. Works great.

Good, but missing the screw to attach it
This igniter is an exact replacement for my Weber Performer grill (2006 or 2007 vintage). It comes with all parts EXCEPT for the screw that holds igniter in place. This should not be a problem, unless you lost the screw when removing the old igniter (it is very small). They really should include the screw with this kit. The photo of the product clearly shows the screw sitting in front of the igniter. Mine did not include this screw. Was this a QC problem? Or, is this standard? I don't know. But, I deducted one star due to this missing part.

Easy to install, works great
When your starter stops working, just buy this to replace it. Easy to replace, works like a dream again.

The kit came with wires that don't fit too large diameter for the igniter. See photo
I would like a replacement since they clearly screwed up, normal return window is over , however it was winter until now and I just tried to install.
