how do I remove pins?

The pins snap into place but not very strongly so they usually pop back out fairly easily. May need to pry up just a little to get them loose enough to back them out. I've never had ones that were difficult to remove.

Can you use a number 6 wire with these connectors

I believe they will accept #4 cu , but not much room for any solder .

Is this plug compatible with Halo Bolt ? I want to make a quick cable to jumpstart my motorcycle.

Don't know Halo Bolt . Generally they are used as a pair , plug & receptacle .

One of the connections off my light duty winch somehow got ripped off recently. Ordered this and crimped on the connections and plugged right into the old connector. Pins will likely accommodate up to #4 wire.
