I am updating my review. I posted a review that our ATV stopped working and wouldn’t hold a charge after barely being used. Customer Service was great and reached out to me asking if I wanted a replacement or a refund. I chose a replacement since my two year old really wanted to ride it. We have not put it together yet so I am hoping this one works better but definitely five stars for Customer Service

La verdad si me gustó mucho este regalo para mi bebé y a él más si le Pones cabeza es fácil d armar llegó bien empacado y en el tiempo estimado lo estuve comprando como regalo d su primer cumpleaños está bonito rústico y fuerte aunq dice q es d 18 meses en adelante pero yo lo vomite porque me gustó además para un bb d un año como el mío es bajito solo ayudarlos a manipular

I bought to of these my grate granddaughters love them

I got this for my son’s birthday. I ordered a red color but they sent me pink instead. Ok. Within a month of using it, one morning the motor just felled off and there was nothing we could do about it. It’s just sitting in my house occupying space…… I am here to update my review… After I posted my review, customer service support reached out to me and I was sent a new to me.

I’m unable to put this together. I did not know that it came unassembled!! Tried to send back but was told could not return.

It looks nice and isn’t too complicated to put together, however half the stickers were peeling off upon opening. The instructions are hard to read and the pictures don’t help because they were blurry and in black and white. We also received it with a broken grill in the front. One of the snap on the grill piece was broken so it falls off sometimes. Overall it’s okay. It works good but probably won’t last very long.
