I purchased these a year ago and worked fantastic for my two mini bernedoodles. Used about 8 times. Now runs, but doesn't cut. Any suggestions?

Yes, I found a replacement blade that fits this clipper, and it works as well as when it was new. The listing for the blade that fits and works is: Wahl Professional Animal 30-15-10 Adjustable Blade Set Pro Ion, Iron Horse, Show Pro Plus, U-Clip, and Deluxe U-Clip Pet, Dog, and Horse Clippers, Standard (1037-400)

The power adapter can take 220V ?

Thanks for your question. Yes, it can take 220V.

Are the blades self-sharpening?

No, but you can replace the blade. I ordered a few and found one that works. Wahl Professional Animal 30-15-10 Adjustable Blade Set Pro Ion, Iron Horse, Show Pro Plus, U-Clip, and Deluxe U-Clip Pet, Dog, and Horse Clippers, Standard (1037-400)
