Tegeme 4 Pcs Pirate Treasure Map Posters Halloween Pirate Party Decor

I made a treasure jar for my 4 year old nephew. I put this map in there, along with fools’ gold, gold coins, bottle of sand, pearls, etc. I used a glass mason jar with a screw on lid and buried it. Life got busy and it was several months before we “found” the jar and dug it up. Well I never thought about water from the rains getting in the jar. It was filled with muddy water. We poured the water out and washed off our treasures. I was shocked the map was perfect! Months sitting in dirty water did not fade it or weaken it. It was perfect! My nephew has studied it intensely to try to find the “real” treasure.

Fun for treasure map play, and they don't fall apart like paper maps...but too thin and flimsy for placemats or most decor purposes.

Looking for props for a photo booth I thought this map would be good for a pirate theme. Iooks good, but it's flimsy. It can't be rolled up like a paper map. I also bought a smaller one that has some thickness to it. That one will work better for my photo booth purpose.

I used these to wrap birthday gifts with a pirate them and feel like it turned out so cute! I kept them in case I need them again in the future. Only downside was having to use a lot of tape.
