The weed will grind up very fine, almost like green tea matcha. I like that compared to other brands! One drawback is It is a very loud grinder, and it sounds like a sink disposal. Nevertheless, it makes some of the most amazing cookies, brownies, and infused oils we ever had. There is little to no wasted product I think because of how the straining is made. The machine comes with a cookbook that you can download, an oven glove, a silicone spatula set 4 silicone molds, and 3 straining bags. The machine is very easy to clean we just wipe it out with a damp sponge and paper towels, and never do we put it in water. I also like the 5-star customer service you get! If I am not mistaken, I think as soon as you purchase your machine the owner Ruth thanks you and is there for you via text/emails and to answer any questions that you might have. It is so important to the company to write a review so that if there are issues she can jump right on it. I truly like the personal touch of having someone that truly stands by their product. I decided on this machine for 2 reasons. #1 reason I bought this machine. The company Ella Bella is a small business. I knew from reviews that the owner Ruth was available for any issues or questions. After my purchase I discovered that the owner Ruth was really very responsive about any questions or concerns that I've had about the machine or recipes. There was no buyer's remorse. What you read in reviews about customer service is true! Other Infusers listed on Amazon had negative reviews about the warranty or customer service ( lack of customer service). This product Ella Bella has a 2 year warranty. I hope I don't need the warranty but if I do need it, I know that Ruth will help me so I can get back to infusions. #2 Reason was because of value and features of the machine. It came with lots of accessories.The Ella Bella Infusion Machine was well made. This machine could make many Infusion products without buying an extra machine. This machine came with an easy to folliw recipe book. The machine also came with a cleaning pre-set. I've made tincture and infused oil to make goodies and they were all delicious! If you use herbs 🌿 as medicine like I do, then order this machine. It does everything the higher competitor's infusion machines will do without breaking the piggy bank 🐷. The best reason for buying this machine is that you have Ruth in your corner to insure that you know how to make awesome edibles. She has helped me a few times with recipes. The amazing thing is that she follows up to see how things turned out. She messaged me the other day asking how my batch of oil turned out. The reviews or questions mentioning the owner Ruth is not a joke or business scheme. If you want slack, sorry, worthless or nonexistent customer service then please don't buy this machine. This infuser works really well. I have made a few oil infusions now and it's just amazing how simple it is to use. It's solidly constructed, easy to clean and comes with really high quality silicone accessories. Everything you need to make really great infusions!With the prices the grocery store is charging for flavored oil and butter I expect the infuser to pay for itself pretty quickly.I would recommend this machine to anyone looking to make lots of infused food products!

First off, this does not de-carb your material. So you still have to go through that whole process. The machine itself is pretty loud while it's running as well, it spins the little blade inside to mix the oil and material almost constantly. So you end up getting little bits of oil and material all up the side walls where you don't want it. Straining is seriously messy and the bags they give you to do so are incredibly hard to squeeze every little bit of oil out (lets be real, you don't want to waste anything). I would honestly rather use the cloth bags used for straining cheese/yogurt. I kept it only because it can do alcohol/glycerin tinctures (as well as oil infusions) because I'm getting into general herbalism. It does absolutely give you a potent product but that's also due to a proper decarb process so this machine can't take all the credit. I will say the smell wasn't too bad, though I still put it on the stove underneath the hood vent because there was some smell wafting through the house. If you're someone looking for an all in one machine this will not be for you. I'd only recommend it if you already have a good decarb set up or are looking to do tinctures as well as oil infusions. There's definitely cheaper all in one oil infusion machines out there.
