Best supplement I have found, that helps with joint pain. I stopped taking it for a week and noticed a big difference in how I felt and was able to move. I began taking it again and found tis product is definitely worth the money. It doesn,t take the pain totally away but it sure keeps it at a tolerable level.

Amazon no longer carries my regular brand....so, I thought I'd try this First impressions = Not as potent (Tumeric) both in mg (see label pic)....nor in color / odor (see capsule pics.) My old brand is left, dark orange....this brand is right, much lighter...for both label and capsule pics. Both are 1 cap per serving. This brand does not have as strong of a tumeric smell when opening the bottle, nor the darker orange color ...very light only a tinge of orange. The stripe on the label picture is representative of the capsule ingredient colors. This brand has a couple of extra ingredients but side by side less than the old brand comparing 1 to 1 of the ingredients that are the same. The secondary ingredients being less would be OK but the main 2 "tumeric" categories are much less. I would ave to take 2 capsules but not sure what effect that would have on me overall. The physical size of the capsule is also a bit smaller....see pic UPDATE: I've been taking the recommended dosage of 1 a day, sometimes 2 per day for 2 weeks now.. Either way I feel fine, no adverse effects. I have been reading up on the ashwagandha ingredient and it too like tumeric is an antiinflamatory along with other benefits. So far ok

I really enjoy taking it 8 in 1 in a small capsule.

FYI to anyone with TMJ! I was told a few years ago that nothing else could be done other than take multiple pain pills including a muscle relaxer every night or surgery. I have no cartilage on my right side, its' just bone on bone. A couple friends recommended Botox and that worked very well but only lasted for around 3 months so it was a very pricey option. I have been taking 1 of these a day since mid July of 2024 and NO more TMJ migraines! I have only had maybe 4 to 5 normal headaches since then and that was from too much eye strain.

This is the best, far and away, of any Turmeric supplement I've used. Small capsule, 1 per day, doesn't upset my stomach, and, most importantly, has done more good in relieving back and joint pain than previous products, most of which were more expensive and required 2 or 3 capsules per day per instructions. And often made me a bit queasy if I didn't have ample food and lots of liquid to accompany the dose. I subscribed. This is a keeper.
