How did I not have this sooner?
Not only does it expand counter space, it is strong and can hold the weight of a cast iron skillet with no problem. You can rinse/clean veges and potatoes on it while you prep. It cleans vey easily and it rolls up for storage in any narrow space. I love it.

Expands my usable counter space, we keep it near the island prep sink, so handy for letting veggies drain while prepping; use to set pots or larger serving bowls to dry, trivet for a hot cookie tray, so versatile!

The square tubes very light weight
I liked that they are square stainless tubes, but they seem not very substantial and thin, unfortunately
