YOU GET WHAT PAY FOR!!
It came vacuumed packed, it is combo mattress and springs, very uncomfortable even with quilt under the sheet you feel the springs, I END UP ON THE COUCH, SLEEPING. YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR!!

Very disappointed with this purchase
This mattress is so hard and not comfortable at all!!! I can’t even lay on it, not taking about sleeping on it. Those springs are sticking out and picking when you lay on it! The worst mattress I’ve ever had. Would not recommend it to anyone! It’s not worth the money!!

Different from memory foam mattress but still does its job
It would have been better if the spring mattress was not rolled up because doing so can damage the core of the mattress's springs no matter what. You need to expect a bed topper on top of this mattress to avoid the springs pushing your body a bit hard but other than that, it does its job for what you paid for!

This is a great mattress. Be warned however you may need a boxspring for certain beds

Not comfortable
I purchased the mattress for a daybed so it suits the purpose. It looks nice; however, that is all. The mattress is hard. I could feel the mattress coils and it is not comfortable. I will have to purchase a pillow top cover for comfort.
