McKesson Perineal Skin Cleanser with Aloe, Fresh Scent, 8 oz, 1 ct | Rinse-Free

If you or someone you care for suffers from bowel incontinence, you already know what a hassle cleanup can be. I experience urinary and bowel incontinence and uses adult diapers for management. I was using a dozen or more adult wet wipes for cleanup after a bowel accident, but still never felt clean afterward. There was always a lingering odor. I read a post online suggesting using McKeeson Perineal Skin Cleanser with dry wipes. It has been a game changer. I use a dry wipe to remove the bulk of the stool, then I spray the McKeeson Perineal Cleanser and allow it to emulsify the remaining stool for a minute or so. Then spray a few squirts on 2-3 dry wipes to remove the remainder of the stool. A few more squirts directly on the skin followed by a final dry wipe. My skin feels soft, clean and conditioned. I smell fresh and clean with no lingering odor, ready for a clean diaper. Bowel accidents are no fun, but this makes managing them easier.

Worked for my mom who's incontinence was hard for her to deal with. Gentle on the skin she's had no issues. No need to rinse. I switched it out there original bottle.Because it's kind of awkward to use in that area and put it in a trigger type bottle , which works way better. And is also easier for elderly.

Great spray cleaner which does not require rinse. Its perfect for thosd hatd to reach regions. Ot does not cause irritation.

My bottle is hard to spray sometimes. It works for what it's intended for and smells good to. I would recommend to anyone.

Sometimes my kids(or myself lol) are too lazy and or tired to shower and I feel like this is a better alternative than a bird bath. So we spray this on a disposable wash cloth and are able to freshen up without showering. Yea I said it. This isn’t an everyday occurrence and it’s rare we use it during the summer as no one wants to be musty lol but for a lazy day at home why not. It’s a good value compared to other alternatives I’ve used in the past like the mustela micellar water. We feel fresh after using it and it’s pretty straight forward. Lazy parent approved!!

The cleanser itself is great, however, the spray pump, not so much. Very hard to press down and kept getting stuck.

The spray bottle is difficult to hold and aim. Also, the nozzle doesn't eject much of the liquid meaning you need to depress the pump several times (with the bottle which is hard to hold) to have a decent amount of the product for sufficient cleaning.

I use this product to clean up after my 14 year old autistic sons bowel movements I use it along with wet wipes and find that it is very efficient and effective. Makes clean up easy. No irritation no strong scents. Great quality.
