Zero star should be created for items like this! This is useless as it doesn't work. My carelessness for not looking at other reviews before buying. Hope nobody else makes this mistake. This does not work for HP as others have said and the advert should be seen as fraudulent

I bought this product that was supposed to be compatible with HP printers. It was not. The ink cartridges created a software error with the printer. The printer became useless with these cartridges installed. Removing these cartridges and replacing the old ones resolved this issue. Not recommended.
