Redragon K617 Wired 60% Compact Hot-Swap RGB Gaming Mechanical Keyboard

I don't pay a high price for keyboards. Usually I would buy a ChonChow mouse/keyboard combo since it was mechanical and under 30 dollars. This keyboard has changed the game for me though. It is still taking some getting used to on dealing with 40% of my keyboard gone, and using the arrows is a "interesting" experience to say the least, but this keyboard is making it easy! The level of customization on the colors and patterns is ridiculous. Each key can be assigned manually. I am loving it. Got it set up just the way I want it! I ended up switching out the switches inside with blue switches to get more click out of my key presses, and I just ordered some gel key caps for it as well. It has taken all the changes I've thrown at it with ease. Replaced every single switch and all the originals came out without issue. It comes with the key cap puller and the switch puller inside so you don't even have to order it. I had been throwing out my old keyboards when they died because I didn't even think to take the switches and now I was able to use them all on here! I also love the fact that the USB-C cable is long but also good material and disconnects right at the keyboard, so you can use different cords or take it off entirely for travel. The box it came in is normal but that is to be expected. Quality is GREAT. Glad I made this purchase.

The keyboard is very responsive and smooth, I was sceptical at first since I haven't heard of this brand but it has been really great for gaming and the rgb lighting is the best on a keyboard I've had.

I reallly like this keyboard. The feel and sound of the keys are very nice. #1. The rgb color effects are really nice. #2. The position of the detachable USB C cable is in a good place. #3. I did notice that one key was loose so either came like that from the factory or someone happened during shipping. I pushed it back in place I hope I would have any more issues in the future.

For the money this is a good little customizable keyboard. Install some better switches and maybe some padding and it sounds and feels decent. I like it. It's not going to be my goto keyboard but it's pretty much disposable at less the $30 (not counting the switches I replaced). I'll throw it in my bag for trips. It's light compared to a full aluminum case kb.

They really do make solid mechanical keyboards. one of my builds has a top of the line keyboard for fps play but honestly, i've bought these three times now for three builds and havent regretted it. no issues at all with them. unless you are looking for everything top of the line, theres little reason to spend more when you can get quality for $40.

Great customizable keyboard at an unbeatable price imo. It genuinely feels like a quality product for cheap.

Been using it for last 3 years just a little issue happend after 3 years of use it started registering twice if a click on b once it registered it twice or thrice sometime but after cleaning the switches and board it worked fine again but it is super hard to remove switches all of my switches ended up disfigured but still they work well so it doesn't matter much overall it's the best in everything sound too so no real issue just keep it clean if it gets too dirty

I have test it for a while in cs2, r6s and other competitive game its amazing, good quality and no ghosting or delaying at all I recommend it ^_^
