I have celiac and am also keto and that's a really difficult combo when you want bread products because most keto breads contain gluten. This Carbonaut white bread is SO good! It's super soft with a great texture and very mild flavor. Works great with everything I've put on it and I can't wait to try Carbonaut's low carb french toast muffin recipe! I almost didn't buy it because it's expensive but for me it's worth every penny. I'm for sure keeping this in my freezer always!

The bread appeared ok at first. I put all but one loaf in freezer and put one in refrigerator. I noticed the one in the refrigerator seemed damp. By the next day, the whole loaf had mold on the top. Had to throw away. I have not tried any of the other loaves from the freezer yet. I will update when I do. I would proceed with caution on this one.

I normally purchase from wholefoods they havent had it in thru shelves for a while so i had to order thru your company, thanks for having it.

OMG, I hate being gluten free! But, this is pretty good. It's really too moist to eat unless it's toasted. I don't eat much bread, so it works as my morning toast.

I hoped this bread would be a healthy alternative, and health wise, maybe it is. But the taste just isn’t worth it for me. So many reviews like the taste but I find the taste far lacking. It’s gummy and pasty tasting. Not worth the money for me.

When I first bought this bread, it was a different seller at a reasonable price. This bread is awesome and I will have difficulty finding a substitute, but if the price stays the same I'll have to because what this seller is charging right now for this bread is absolutely intolerable. So, as much as I love this bread, I'll probably have to stop buying it :( If you have money to burn this is a great bread, but if you don't, don't even bother buying this bread because it'll just make you sad that you can't afford to keep doing so!

Special order for my rare disease grandaughter and she can eat it and not worry
