this is one of the best ghee I have ever bought from amazon. The ghee is granular with no sweet taste. it become liquid oil type while on hot pan only... no oil in hot weather. absolute ghee. Thanks to the production team for providing a real ghee. . I would like to buy the bigger size. Just the price needs to be more cheaper to make high affordability.

As a relavite newbie partaker of GHEE, I must say that 4th & Heart easily earns a superior grade for texture, scent and flavor. It’s light yellow near-butter look is inviting compared to others, that tend to be more beige/tan in color. While most GHEE makers put out GHEE that has a grainy texture, this can usually be fixed by heating the entire glass container and once fully melted, then put in to a freezer or the coldest section of a refrigerator, and this should help to make the texture a bit more smooth. Note, graininess does not effect its performance as a spread (for those who use it that way) or a cooking/frying oil. This product is not the least expensive but if I were to suggest a first time purchase for anyone who has never tried GHEE, this would be the top pick. I’ve moved on to making my own GHEE. It’s very satisfying to make your own, and after carefully following instructions for making it, I’ve been able to put out a GHEE that is as good or even better than this one! Meanwhile, for those who have never tried this particular brand, don’t miss out. Try it, and enjoy the light GHEE flavor, silky texture, and you won’t regret it!

Ghee is another of of the healthier products my family is trying to switch to but why does everything healthier need to be more expensive? This brand was the best rated per cost value ghee I could find. It tastes like butter and stays solid at room temp. The high smoke point was also very nice (we cook with cast iron and sometimes it gets extra smokey- this was significantly less smokey cooking with). I wish it came in a glass bottle but tis what it is, most things are plastic unfortunately. Overall, i"d buy again.

Best skillet I have ever purchased no stick slides right off great quality and I love it came with Phillips device for screwing can’t beat this product Well put together excellent quality product and all the works!!! Will definitely recommend this product and buy again!!!

Good replacement of ordinary ghee and cooking oil. Smells good n lighter on stomach. Normal ghee causes acidity and heartburn.
