Love it! I have some tendentious in the wrist and this has alleviated that problem for the most part. Helps keep things in the same place shot after shot. I would say it has been improving my game. It seems well made and so far I have no problems after several months of weekly bowling.

IF your palm measures 9.5" when laid flat- DO NOT order the large-Order the Medium- it will fit more correctly-

Am going back to Robbies, my average went down 20 pins at least, the metal is/was too stiff. I took out one of the metal pieces, bent it/ filed it, could never get it to relax enough. So am going back to robbies. The metal in the robbies is shorter, and doesn't ride on the middle back of my hand like this one did. The metal piece for the back of the hand is at least 8 inches long. Maybe if I bought a smaller size, but I did follow the recommended size as per the chart. Waste of my $$ and time, but most of all, frustrating during bowling.

This support works great for me... it is comfortable and breathable. It helps me keep by wrist position even after hours of bowling, for the desired release consistency.

The glove is comfortable & easily removable. The metal strip in front & back really helps keep my wrist supported. I've tried the other fancy gadgets, but this seems to do a better job for me.NK

I got this to help with minor wrist pain, but with the pain now gone I continue to wear it. Ever since I started using it, I've been hitting my average much more consistently.

I've used this multiple times now and it's really helped me with my form. My husband uses it too cause he has a bad shoulder and its helped him for bowling
