Use a clean and solid contact point for positive and ground and you will have no problem
Product is exactly as described. Worked flawlessly with no tracing back steps. If you don't have a general knowledge in wiring DC on a vehicle it is understandable that you may have difficulty but for folks with negative feedback, I would go back and check your wiring set up. I would recommend this product. Multiple applications for a interruption switch like this.
