Problem with red train battery compartment
I have bought hundreds of Thomas the trains and in no way do I attribute this to the seller but we got the box of trains and my son immediately opened it so of course we start adding battery’s but the red trains screw was stripped and we tried everything to remove it but it was not happening aside from That he was very happy with the toys and we were happy with the purchase

Only bought it because of gold thomas
My son is a big disney cars and thomas and friends fan. He really just wanted the gold thomas but there wasn't one by itself so I had to buy this whole set which i know i son will still play with all of them. Its better to buy this whole set then to buy 1 by 1 cause its more enpensive that way but when you already have all of them and just want one out of the set its not worth it honestly. The quality though its good same as if you was to go to walmart or target to do instore purchase. Overall i'll give this a yes.

Beautiful trains
Beautiful sturdy train BUT the under carriage design is very different than the original. Works. Well on flat tracks but gets caught on the smallest of inclines such as bridges, coal station or water tower station. I literally had to spend a couple hours carefully shaving off protruding plastic with an razor knife. Luckily had a couple old locomotives to keep the grandchildren’s frustration under control while I did the trimming

Super fun! Runs through a lot of batteries with regular use. Get a Costco membership and purchase batteries in bulk or rechargeable.
