These quart-size slider bags are super durable, and the Max Lock click-close seal gives you total peace of mind that everything stays fresh and secure. You can always count on Hefty quality. These bags are thick, sturdy, and reliable for everything from snacks to organizing household items. The bulk 78-count pack is fantastic value and my go-to brand.

I am a stickler for Hefty slider bags - they are much better quality in my opinion than the "Z-brand". I use these for everything from storage to sous vide cooking and they work great. Heavy weight; zipper seals well and is easy to use. I won't use any other brand and I am a big zipper bag person!

I’ve used several brands of storage bags over the years, and these Hefty Slider Kitchen Storage Bags (Quart Size, 78 Count) have been reliable for everyday kitchen use. Seal & Closure: The slider closure is smooth and easy to use. It seals securely with a noticeable click at the end, which gives confidence that the bag is fully closed. I like that I don’t have to pinch along the entire top like with traditional press-to-seal bags. Durability: The plastic feels thick and sturdy. I’ve used them for snacks, chopped vegetables, leftovers, and even freezer storage without issues. They hold up well and resist small punctures from things like crackers or cut produce. Size & Capacity: The quart size is perfect for portioning food, packing lunches, or storing ingredients. It’s large enough for practical use but not oversized. Freezer Performance: They perform well in the freezer for shorter-term storage. I haven’t noticed significant freezer burn when items are properly sealed and used within a reasonable timeframe. Value: With 78 bags in the box, it’s a good quantity for the price. The convenience of the slider top makes them especially useful for kids’ lunches or quick food prep. Overall, these are dependable, easy-to-seal storage bags that make food storage simple and mess-free. I would purchase them again for everyday kitchen use.

I think I've probably used a thousand of these things in different sizes. They're the only ones I'll buy. I know these don't say "Freezer Bags," but I use them for the freezer nonetheless. Whether it's Meat, Fruit, Vegetables or Desserts. I'll put the fillings in the bag, nearly close it and then insert a straw and suck the air out (Poor Man's Vaccuum Seal...LOL.) Then I quickly close it up, so nearly all the air is out. Sometimes, I'll also put a rubber band around the filled bag and put it in the freezer or refrigerator. I use these bags for art supplies and small parts. I use them for a myriad of uses. I recommend these, as I won't use or trust anything else. The "ZIPPER" is what makes the difference and your cheaper and store brands, just don't cut it. These are my go-to storage bags and I recommend them. Thank you for reading my review.
