BEST FOR WEIGHTED PULLUPS AND HEIGHT INCREASE
The Quality of the product is top notch and is value for money. Although the grip is not good for running or high intensity exercises but it worked for me because I do weighted pushups and for core workout. Although it is a good product. This weight is absolutely perfect for me👍🏻. This ankle weights helped me increasing my height 5 inches though. CONCLUSION : Best and affordable ankle weights. NOTE : THIS ANKLE WEIGHTS ARE NOT FOR ATHLETIC RUNNERS. FOR PROPER GRIP PURCHASE THE 1KG OR 1/2KG ANKLE WEIGHTS. I was suffering from frozen shoulder so my physiotherapist suggest me to use these wrist weights during exercise, I fount them very useful, fits in my both hands very well, although a little big in size but that does not matter for me because I was able to do exercise very easily, first I tried at local market but price was very much so I ordered from Amazon, highly satisfied

Holes found on my weight strap
After purchasing these ankle weight straps, I found small holes that appeared to have been made manually, possibly by the seller. I attempted to block them with tissue paper, but fine sand-like dust kept leaking out during use, leaving my bed covered every morning. It turned out the material was leaking from the inside. I would recommend returning the product or purchasing a new one if similar holes are found.acha seh check kerna karidne ka baad.. Dekhe lo yeh picture meh exact 6 holes ha 3 each

Good value for money
Got these at a decent price, using for few weeks now. Quality is decent. Since these are sand filled they are obviously a bit bulky. The strap width is a bit too wide, so you have to take extra care to insert it in the steel buckle, it should have slightly less width than the buckle width. But it is manageable. They move slightly while lifting ankle or arm but not much.
