I injured my knee and these have really helped with my recovery. They offer excellent stability and fit really well. Good price and well worth the money spent.

My large dog hyperextended my knee a couple of nights ago and I knew it was going to be trouble based on how much it hurt. I'm familiar from my sports background with RICE-ing this type of injury (Rest, Ice, Compression, Elevation) but the pain had me up much of the night. The next morning, the swelling was significant and walking on it was very testy. I'm not a fan of knee braces since they're usually more aggravation than I like to tolerate, but trying to avoid a doctor visit, I got on Amazon and started looking for an inexpensive, uncomplicated brace that I could get delivered the same day. This set of 2 at a price others charged for 1 fit the ticket, so I took a chance on it and ordered it. I didn't expect much but thought it was worth a try before breaking down and visiting a doctor. I can't take anti-inflammatories due to other medical issues, so this was a natural way to see what may help. It arrived yesterday afternoon/evening and I opened it immediately. I was surprised by its packaging. "How can 2 decent braces fit in one small package?" Nevertheless, there it was, so I sat down and pulled it on. For reference, my thigh where it says to measure (4" above the knee) is 17", which falls on the cusp between sizes small and medium. Size medium could arrive yesterday and size small would arrive today. I opted to order that medium for fast delivery, and I'm glad I did. It fits perfectly. (If you're on a cusp or close to the top of a range, try sizing up.) It fit nicely snug but didn't cut off any circulation. My knee feels well-supported. Surprised me for something seemingly uncomplicated! But the structure within is firm and holds nicely. It has a band at the top with 2 zig-zag silicone bead-bands to grip the skin. At the bottom, it is softer and relaxed more. I noticed that my knee felt a little more stable right away, whereas without a brace, I was walking straight-legged and painfully. I slept in it last night nearly pain-free! When I awoke this morning, the swelling had decreased significantly to a minimal amount because of the correct graduated compression. It has not rolled on me and today, I can walk much more easily. I would 10 out 10 recommend this brace! It is soft and thin, would go well under pants, and allows to ease in range of motion. It's far more effective than I expected. I went to get a set for someone else, but it only goes to XL. I wish it went to a larger size.

Roughly 6 weeks or so ago I tweaked my knee at work. My knee became difficult to turn and move like I typically do. Considering the amount of movement I do in a day, especially at work, I needed to try something. I didn't want to go see a doctor since my internet sleuthing led me to believe I'd simply have to ice, rest, and limit the motion in that leg. This wasn't going to happen because I want and need to get around. After reading about various ways to help in my knee recovery I decided a compression sleeve was ideal. I set about trying to figure out what the best sleeve for my perceived need. There were so many. And so many different opinions about what is good, better, or a best option for knee pain. Cost wasn't so much an issue as was the availability to get it to me quickly. This sleeve could be delivered same day for a small fee, so, I pulled the trigger. I'm glad I did. The size I ordered was based on the recommendation guide. Having long slender legs I considered ordering a size smaller but I'm glad I didn't- this fits like a glove. At first I thought it was a little too much compression but now I think it's absolutely perfect. It doesn't rise or fall even with moderate bending over the course of a day. After a month plus of daily use, it looks a little distorted but the compression remains faithful to day one. There were some reviewers who questioned it's quality and durability. After my first week I went to a sporting good store at the mall and compared what I was wearing to what was 2-5 times what I paid for a pair of these sleeves. Comparatively, these sleeves are top notch. TL;DR My knee has healed significantly and I believe this sleeve was vital to that. I plan on continuing to wear this while I work as I do favor this knee and it gives me a good sense and possibly a reminder I've gotten a little older and I need to be mindful that's a reality.

Runs a little big for thin/ average size legs but does have compression and helped me continue workouts with a swollen k we after a few days of hard leg work. Decent support but not suffocating. Quality is excellent and overall not a bad material.

I am pleasantly surprised how much support these braces provide. They stay in place during all types of exercise to include Pickleball. I found the sizing chart to be accurate

I purchased these compression sleeves twice, once for my husband, the other for myself. He had problems with his knee along the side of his leg and back of knee area, wore these for a couple of weeks, helped the area heal, since then no problems. I purchased them recently, as I had twisted my knee, decided to try them out, so far, they're working. These are well made; material is thick giving the support necessary without interfering with walking/mobility. They wash up well, highly recommend, fairly priced.

I am in need of total knee replacement, but due to a recent cardiac event, my surgery needs to be rescheduled out another 6 - 8 months. I have complete bone on bone level 4 right knee issues and the pain is unbearable!! I ordered these yesterday and they came the same day. it's a snug fit, but after an hour of wearing this, my knee pain was tolerable. I woke up today and the pain was really bad again so I put it on again. I am able to walk with minimal knee pain, and again the pain is tolerable. I wish I had found these years ago when my knee pain first started. Measure your knee for the correct size and fit, and don't hesitate to order these - they are an amazing help for knee pain!!

Very good knee sleeve. It helps with BJJ and compressing my knees. Not really any padding but very snug and supportive.
