Doesn't work well with 1/2 PEX
I tired these for the first time a week ago and immediately after turning on the water found that all of my connections leaked. I cut them off thinking that maybe I had bad crimps but even crimping on new rings I still did not have a good seal. I did find that if I placed my crimp tool back on one and squeeze that the leak would cease. Finally I purchased name brand clips from a national hardware store and those worked perfectly. Placing the two clips on top of each other I found that these are slightly larger than the name brand clips and I believe that they are not of the correct diameter and the metal is too weak to hold the crimp.

Cannot crimp these properly
These dont crimp properly. The top gives away. Pour finished product when crimping pex. Some leak. I dont trust them and have reordered a different brand. I tried to save a few dollars but only cost me.

Do not use these!!!
Do not use these!!! More than half break and the ones that don't show signs of fatigue and early failure. Not the right size for 1/2-in packs or just insufficient material.

They are too big to use on 1/2” Pex
This item says you can use it in 1/2” pex. The item is too loose and will not crimp correctly. Don’t waste your time, pay the extra money and get the good, name brand pex crimps. If you order these ones, in the end you will find yourself at a Home Improvement Store spending the money anyways. So, just order the good ones here on Amazon!!
