More effective than "No Trespassing"
Friend had an issue with random people sitting on their front stairs. "No Trespassing" signs were not effective. This seems to do a better job.

Great Prop as a Joke For My Wife's Work Cubicle
I work in law enforcement. I ended up at my wife's work for professional reasons. I put this sign and also put up some 'Crime Scene' tape at her work cubicle when she was on a break. They worked great for that, and her co-workers got quite the chuckle on the fun prank.
