I love the taste. It works fast since it contains a small amount of alcohol. It’s the perfect choice for people who has problem swallowing solids. Excellent for growing hair and stopping hair fall. It is the perfect vitamin for my whole family. I get energy from it, focus, I love the bottle that it has the perfect amount of product so it doesn’t go bad . It’s meant to be used for 14 days. One tablespoon is more than enough a day. No side effects except for better hair and energy and muscle function

Okay, I do have to say off the bat, the iron taste is a little wild the first time! But it's got iron in it; it's going to have a metallic taste no matter what, so I can't dock any stars for that. I normally use the Centrum Women's gummies, but I've been wanting a liquid alternative since the big gummy jar seems to be letting them get stale. I really prefer this version; the taste can be easily negated by taking it with orange juice right after! Would be cool if it came with a measuring cap, but you can just use a regular tablespoon measuring item, Consistency was thankfully more liquidy than expected, was worried it'd be thick like syrup but it's not bad at all.

I purchased this liquid vitamin for my elderly mother since she cannot swallow huge vitamins and it has worked out really well. It's "citrus" flavor, but apparently it does not taste very good. My mother will take her dose along with her lunch so the food kills the taste - thus the 4 star rating. Other than the taste, it's easy to use, gives her the vitamins she needs, and is easy on her stomach. Just a tip: If you want to order more than one bottle at a time, select the "single" bottle option and order multiples. If you order the 3 pack, it is MUCH more expensive for some reason.

I used to take this over 20 years ago, and recent blood tests suggested I might want to start taking it again. It tastes exactly like I remembered it too.On that subject, I see a lot of polarizing reviews about the taste. If the taste is your concern, let's be frank... It's not for everyone. It has a lightly citrus flavor, artificially sweetened, and some rather heavy bitter and metallic notes that many might find off-putting.But it's literally a liquid containing concentrated vitamins, so it would be highly sus if it tasted like Tang or gummy bears. Honestly, it doesn't taste nearly as bitter as a bottle of 5 hour energy, so if you can stomach an energy drink, this should be a cakewalk for you.

I tired this for almost 2 weeks before writing this review. I am very pleased. II has a citrus taste which I love.. I actually look forward to taking it. I was using Geritol liquid but found myself not taking it daily like I should and I believe it was because of the taste. Although that one was a good one too, I found that I am liking this a bit better. I can say that I feel energized, and that I am getting quite of bit in this multivitamin. I have also put in my smoothie in the mornings to get all in at once, but I am perfectly fine with taking it by itself. I wish it had a measuring cup, but 1 tablespoon is the recommendation, I look forward to purchasing this again.
