Is the paper safe for writing with a fountain pen? Is the $11.25 price for six notebooks?

As notebooks go, these Oxford ones made in Brazil are actually about the best for use with fountain pens. Very little bleed-through.

'College' Ruled Paper should be 8 1/2 x 11?

They can range from 8.5x11 or 8.5x10.5. I also believe it depends on the brand.
