Purple was a choice. That I do not regret.
Every time I go to take a photo I end up mopping my white tile floors D: - it's SO vibrant - I really expected it to be a bit more dull looking, but nope. They absolutely did not crank the vibrancy to the max when posting the photos. I got the 6x6 as I use FITXR on VR in my living room and my area rug quickly became a knee/hip/ankle hazard. This has ZERO slippage - I've found myself steadily getting more and more comfortable with going all out in my cardio workouts. I wear training shoes on it and quickly realized how beneficial it was to get this mat versus a regular workout mat. It's made up of thousands of tiny loops that remind me of velcro/turf grass in all the good ways. It also comes with a super convenient cover (if you were to put it away for a time) and came with some large gloves - that I'll probably just gift away (tiny hands have I). To recap: durable/non-slip on tile/not too heavy/and definitely FOR shoes.

Large and durable
I needed a mat to workout at home with sneakers. I needed it to be durable and have support for everything from yoga to squat jumps. This mat is large enough to easily work laterally. Itโs grippy enough to go into poses or do planks and pushups without slipping. Itโs large but I can still roll it up to be out of the way when not in use.

Love this mat!
The mat is sturdy and easy to roll up and put away. It is great for working out on and protects my carpet from sweat. I am so happy I ordered it

More firm than cushion
It's a very firm mat so you might still need shoes to work out.
