I'd buy again!!
I love this dryer brush and take it with me whenever I travel. It leaves my hair shiny, soft, and beautiful, and I haven’t noticed any heat damage. I use it once a week, so I can’t speak to how it affects hair with more frequent use. I used to use a regular blow dryer, but I get much better results with this brush, and it saves me time too. It is a little noisy, so when I use it early in the morning, I go into another room to avoid waking everyone up. Overall, it’s an excellent product, and I’d definitely recommend it!

Completely Changed How I Look at Blow-Drying
I am not one to write product reviews like... ever. I usually feel like I have enough other things to do with my time that it's not worth it. I lead with that sentiment to make it clear just how amazingly impressed I have been with this hair-dryer. I am someone who has always *hated* blow-drying my hair, because it takes *so* long, and I never manage to get the soft, silky texture or nice uniform blowout that I'm going for, and on top of that, I usually end up in pain from getting the random stray hair or two caught in my round brush. Often I just toss my hands up, let my hair air-dry, and then put it up to hide whatever frizziness or weird, uncontrolled waves that I end up with. It mostly comes down to the fact that I really, really struggle with using a brush and a big ol' hairdryer at the same time on my long and kind of thick hair. I accept that it's user error on my part, but in decades of drying my hair, I've never mastered it, and to be honest, I had resigned myself to just having frizzy, air-dried hair for the rest of my life. Enter this hair-dryer. I was so skeptical that ANYTHING would ever make blow-drying less obnoxious for me, but holy CRAP was I wrong! I noticed the difference after a *single* use. With this blow-dryer, my hair dries much faster. I can easily dry one piece at a time, even in hard-to-reach places, without hairs getting caught or tangled in the hairbrush or having to contort my arms into bizarre positions. And, most importantly, I can dry my hair in such a way that I can really control the styling, eliminating frizz and leaving me with hair that's almost as soft as I get from the salon. This device seriously has changed the entire way I look at having to wash and dry my hair. I have never been so immediately and thoroughly pleased with a product. I ABSOLUTELY recommend this to anyone who has struggled the way I have with blow-dryers. I never thought I'd want to thank a corporation, but seriously, bless Revlon for manufacturing it.

LOVE it for thick curly hair
I have owned this for awhile now and LOVE it. I have very thick, curly hair and often use the dryer on my dry hair, medium setting, and it gives me the straight results I want. Even better, the way it is designed, I am able to use this despite having carpal tunnel in my dominant hand. No more using a brush and a dryer, putting stress on both my hands! It is lightweight and effective. I debated buying this for over a year....just buy it! It made my hair routine so much easier!

game changer!
i should have bought this sooner, it was in my wish list for a long time. Then, I had shoulder surgery and really needed something i could use to get my hair looking even halfway decent with one arm. A round brush and blowdryer was out of the question, and air drying my fine hair left it flat. So, yes, you can use this with one hand, for the most part. 2 works better of course to help lift and separate sections, but it is doable! The thing i love the most is that i have fine, thin hair in a medium length bob...no matter what i did, i ended up with flat on the top and too much curl-under on the bottom...a dreaded triangle shape style i dont want. This really lets you lift the roots and smooth through to the ends and it gives my style more of a gentle, full curve. No frizz, smooth and sleek with bounce. The brush part is large and oval, so you can give more or less curl as you want to. My only "complaint" is the noise on all but the low setting, and it doesnt cool off enough to get any benefit from the cool setting. Otherwise, i am thrilled with this!

Great product
Very good for smoothing hair even if you don't use hair products.

Fire Risk
Just a word of advice, do not take the other reviews mentioning fire risk lightly. My wife used this for about 8 months, and loved it. It performed well, heated quickly, was easy to use, and was very happy with it. Until just today (08/09/25) when it began to first smell of burning, then actually seeing a bit of smoke, then a very loud POP! with a flash and small electrical explosion. This all happened with zero warning, zero sign that something could be wrong, until it suddenly caught fire. I understand the failure rate of electronic products may be small, but a failure should not so quickly result in fire, it just simply stop working. Anyway, we will not be purchasing another one of these. This may not ever happen to anyone again (it shouldn't) but do you really want to risk it? Edit: I contacted Revlon customer service about this. They referred me to a company called Helen of Troy, who actually produces these for Revlon. Helen of Troy customer service was very pleasant and easy to deal with. They offered an exchange at no charge. I explained we no longer have confidence in and trust the product and instead asked for a refund. The accommodated this request and sent me a check for the full purchase price once they received the malfunctioning one. I keep the review of the product at 1 star for being potentially dangerous in its failure. Helen of Troy however receives 5 stars for their customer support and willingness to resolve the issue.

Smooth, soft blowout with minimal effort.
My hair looks more controlled + less frizzy Slight added volume, which I loved Overall looks more styled, super easy to use and dry my hair in less time than is usually take The size and weight were fine for me, Good quality for the price but don't hold in one spot too long ,gets very hot. Result quality: 5/5 Effort vs outcome: 5/5 (super easy for that result) Worth it? Yes

I’ve Tried All 3, Here are my thoughts…
I tried the One Step, the Round Brush, and the Plus - all from Revlon - here are my thoughts. — these photos are all of my hair at different times using the different revlon tools and a before photo so you can see the damage I had - I ended up doing a big chop before trying the Plus because of the damage on the ends —- BOTTOM LINE: I am keeping this The Revlon PLUS out of all 3 options — HERE’S WHY: The Revlon Plus is the BEST out of the 3 IMO. The Plus is an upgrade from the one step in 3 major ways - The brush head is smaller, The brush head detaches so in the future if they ever made a similar brush head in a round brush, that would be a game changer: even tho this new brush head is great, and third - they added a medium heat setting - which I love because I can blow dry my hair without risking as much damage. - The revlon round brush was great, but it got WAY too hot on its base, so I am keeping the PLUS— but if Revlon ever makes a ROUND version with this type of brush head that has the extra bristles I would be so excited and they also need to start selling the ATTACHMENTS separately. I watched some videos with girls similar to my hair type using the Dyson and their roots were still crimped - I NEVER have this issue with any of the Revlons. I know you’re risking heat damage but if you use this, use the lowest heat setting that still smoothes your hair and STOP as soon as your hair starts to feel hot or preferably BEFORE it feels hot, and you’ll be fine. 10/10 I would recommend this product and if you’re using the Revlon One Step I think it is worth upgrading to this - I won’t be using my One Step anymore.

Great Product, As Advertised
Excellent product, purchased for travel substitute for air-wrap. Love the ability to detach the brush for preliminary drying. The barrel quickly becomes notably more hot than my air-wrap, but for infrequent use I’m sure this wouldn’t be an issue

Be very careful not to burn yourself if you have longer hair!
I was a little unsure when I first used this combo dryer/brush, and as a result, I burned my back a little by not pulling my hair far enough away from my body as I pulled the brush out. But now that I've watched their videos and worked with it a few times, I'm really loving this salon tool! My hair is so much smoother and shinier, with a lot less frizz.

Buena compra

Love this Hair dryer!
It was recommended to me by my stylist, so I took a chance. Haven't used my flat iron in 2 weeks and it's fairly easy to use. My hair is shiner than traditional drying with a round brush and hairdryer. Had a few people even ask if I just got back for a hair appointment! Love this product.
