Beautiful colour!

I love this colour. It can be used to give the food a nice subtle colour or you can add more to get a deep pink colour. works well in buttercream, fondant, sponge and white chocolate. It it sometimes frustrating as at times, the gel doesn't completely dissolve and leaves darker spots in my buttercream, but that wouldn't stop me buying again.
