Is this good to use to charge multiple power Tool batteries ?

It’s a great power strip. I can highly recommend it.

Can I use this for a washer and dryer?

This is only rated for15 amps so I would not use it on a washer, and the dryer uses a 30 amp plug so no to both.

Can this be used for a 13 amp?

It’s rated at 15 amps so there shouldn’t be a problem as long as you have the correct 110 volt receptacle
