How do you put them on is there a sticker on the bat?

They come with command strip like stickers that you add to each bat. The bats were really cute and they came off of my wall easily and didn't damage my paint/wall. I highly recommend getting them.

Are these reusable or intended for one time use?

The adhesive that comes with these bats sticks very tightly. If you don't use the adhesive stickers that come with them, then they can be reused.
