This isn’t your average water; this is water that makes you feel like you’re drinking straight from a unicorn’s personal spring. The fact that it comes in a plant-based, BPA-free, eco-friendly box just makes me feel like I’m single-handedly saving the planet—one sip at a time. Take that, plastic bottles! The water itself? Crisp, clean, and naturally alkaline with a pH of 8.0—because, you know, why drink basic water when you can have fancy water? I drink it and feel like I should be in a meditation retreat, wearing linen pants, and discussing the meaning of life with monks. My body’s probably more hydrated than it’s ever been, and I’m pretty sure my skin started glowing after the first bottle. Even my houseplants are giving me side-eye, like, "Yo, where’s our JUST Water?" I’ll be honest, I considered pouring it into their pots just to see if they’d start speaking French or something. But nah, this is my hydration magic. So if you’re looking to feel a little bougie while saving the planet and staying hydrated, grab yourself some JUST Water. But be warned: after this, regular water will feel like it's from a garden hose.

The water arrived in a bit torn up box and I had a hard time opening the lid on the first carton. The water itself has a very clean taste, which I like a lot.

The water tastes great, came on time and I can't stop drinking it! I love that there is no plastic on it, in it or near it, and that waxed cardboard solves that problem. But this is heavy and cannot be packed in a larger box with other items or the pour spout breaks off and water leaks all over everything else in the carton! I told customer service that as mine leaked all over everything. So just to make sure, I will never order anything at the same time again or I will just go to Whole Foods and get it myself!

I love this water. I love the cartons. As a nurse this makes staying hydrated much easier BUT if you have an issue and try to reach customer service they are very quick to respond with the least helpful information. I placed an order to try the bubbles in early March. Two weeks later, still no bubbles but I got a notice saying it was delivered but it really wasn't. After reaching out to find out what happened I was told the order had been damaged and a now order would be sent. This did not happen automatically, I had to ask for the order to be resent. I was offered no refund no discount on a future purchase, nothing. Several more weeks go by and still no water but I did get an email that ANOTHER order had been charged to my card and was being sent to me. Still haven't received the first! Sent another email and the response was literally copy and pasted from the last one they sent. I was not offered any information or new shipping info. Just that my first order had been damaged and they would send another one. I resent my email in a new thread thinking it might have been a mistake and the response I got was awful. "As we previously stated, your first order was damaged..." Excuse you! They also wrote that my first order would arrive today (Friday) by end of business. Well it's after midnight on Saturday and still no order. I asked for new tracking numbers and nothing. No way to hold anyone accountable! Is Just Water responsible for the order getting damaged? Absolutely not. But they are responsible for keeping their customers informed and supplied with appropriate products when payment has been received. None of this has occurred.

The water is very smooth and refreshing. I will be ordering some of the other flavors and sizes
