I have the red set. Nothing stained as of yet. Been using the utensils a few times a week, but no staining.

Will food stick to these stainless steel skillets ?

Not really, you still have to oil or grease them.

What are handles made of?

I bought this set as a birthday gift, and it hasn’t been opened yet. As soon as our birthday girl opens it,I will check on the material of the handles and get back to you.

Nice!

Overall I like this set. The canister is matte black. Three of the 4 utensils are glossy black and one (the basting brush) is matte black. I don’t understand this combo of finishes, but it will work in my kitchen. I do like the size of the canister—not too small nor too large.
