Happy with the product, packaging very well done. Its a metal container with an extra refill, I think this will last me a year! Great price and Im happy to make a choice that benefits the environment

I have been using Head and Shoulders for years since I have very sensitive skin - this refillable bottle and refill combo has been great for me since I buy head and shoulders classic clean all the time. Unfortunately, this is not available in Belgium so I'm glad I can order it through Amazon.de since I discovered this refill initiative while I was in Austria. The refillable bottle looks great on my bathroom counter and I use less plastic since switching to this option - not to mention it also makes a statement about my stance on single-use plastics. I hope more variants of H&S or by P&G also come up with the refill option, also made available to other EU countries.

Bella idea regalo e ottimo prodotto. Per limitare l'uso di plastica finalmente anche Head & Shoulders ha inventato le ricariche in confezione morbida, qui venduta in abbinamento con un bellissimo dispenser senza plastica e di un bellisimo colore Blu acceso. Profumo piacevole e per una volta si può utilizzare uno shampoo antiforfora che funziona e non rende i capelli troppo secchi. Comodo e economico, permette di spendere un pochino meno e di fare la propria piccola parte nella riduzione del consumo di plastica. Resta da verificare che il dispenser non si rovini troppo in fretta, ma a giudicare dall'aspetto sembra decisamente resistente. Ben fatto Procter&Gamble!!!!

The bundle is great, the pump is really good and the container is great, the only problem I have found is a very limited number of places actually stock the replacement pouches and some of them charge a LOT more than the retail price which makes it cheaper to buy the environmentally unfriendly disposable plastic bottles. Also there is only the classic clean available in pouches, having different versions available would elevate this whole thing from being a green washing gimmick to an actual usable solution to so much wasted plastic.
