L'Oreal True Match Powder, Alabaster [C1], 0.33 oz

This is an excellent product that I use daily. The reason I'm only giving it four stars is because I think someone who does not use it had the silly idea to make a second compartment on the bottom of the thing to hold the applicator sponge, and that's where the mirror is. So you have to load the sponge, then turn the thing upside down to use the mirror. The bottom compartment is relatively easy to open, but the top one is not. it's great powder, but the container's design should be changed so that at least the mirror on the top "door," and maybe the sponge sitting on the powder, like all other brands do (there's a reason for that).

I have very fair skin and alabaster is the perfect shade for me. I am 46 and I don't wear powder as a rule but this one seems to have a bit of a blurring effect on my skin and doesn't feel as drying and heavy as others I've tried. It doesn't accentuate wrinkles as badly as most powders do. If you want that 1950s matte classic pinup makeup look then this would be perfect for you. It's not marketed as a foundation but it does cover most of my imperfections all on it's on. I do need concealer for my melasma and undereye area. It has a beautiful creamy , finely milled feeling. It makes a lovely setting powder.

I've been using this powder for years. It doesn't clog my pores, and it's not heavy on my skin. It's more translucent. I love it. It doesn't look like I am wearing powder. I put on a light moisturizer with spf and I put this right on top.

I love this makeup. Blends easily with my skin.

I will start by saying that I've been using this product for close to a decade. Just recently I've started ordering them on Amazon because my neighborhood drugstore doesn't carry the lighter shades and Amazon's prices are nearly half of what I pay in the store. The color always blends in well into my skin and it stays put throughout a full workday. If I have plans later in the evening, I might need to touch it up just a bit. The only reason I gave this product 3 stars instead of 5 is because of its first ingredient, talc (a known carcinogen). If I could find an all natural product that provides the coverage and smoothness that this product does, I would switch in a heartbeat.

All day, every day. This powder is my go-to. Over moisturizer, primer or sunscreen, it has enough coverage for me. My daughter uses it as well. I have used it over a tinted BB cream and also foundation, works well there too.I don't like the applicator sponge that comes in the base, I replace it with a powder puff that I buy in 3-packs from ULTA or pharmacy. It could go on with a brush as well if brushes are your thing.It's inexpensive and works well, packaging is cheap but at this price point it's not an issue! I use N-1 for my fair, somewhat pink-ish skin, daughter uses same shade with her more gold-toned skin. Truly neutral and pretty translucent so perfect shade match not essential.

This is a super soft and easy to blend full-coverage powder that wears beautifully on it's own or over foundation. For full coverage all-day wear, I use L'oreal Lumi foundation with this on top and it stays put all day and actually looks more like my own skin and creamier as the day goes on. I am a new convert to this powder and I actually like it better than the Lancome Dual-Finish powder I used previously!

I've been happily using the L’Oreal True Match liquid foundation for a while now, and finally got around to ordering its powder cousin. I chose the warm beige shade to compliment the Natural Buff shade of my foundation...and it works like a charm. I love the ultra soft powder texture, how easily it glides across my skin. Even close up it doesn't look powdery, rather it enhances my skin while locking in the foundation, concealer, and blush I use. I am absolutely delighted with this face powder.

Was happy to find this item at such a great price...and to find it at all to be honest, as couldn't find it in a shop. The shade fits me perfectly and easy to apply. I use a powder brush, not the sponge included, as find that applies the powder too heavily. A little goes a long way.

Great job arriving, no breaks. I use it everyday!Now they sell it in the UK I will purchase here, but I will definitely use them again.The product is so nice and mattifying, love it.
