Fit for the purpose. Reasonable price.
Good length and width. Easy to wrap around a hand or foot. Can't comment about how long they will last but there are no obvious issues to make me think there is likely to be a problem.

The light-weight yellow one snapped within a week, but the medium red one is still OK. The price is quite low, so I guess I shouldn't expect top quality.Update 14 June 2026: The seller contacted me and subsequently sent a replacement set of resistance bands. I have therefore added an extra star to my previous rating due to the excellent after-sales customer service.

Arrived promptly, 3 different strengths & colours/resistance so suitable for both beginners & seasoned users,they come with a black carry bag so easily portable. I cannot comment on durability at this point. Happy so far thank you
