Good quality - an item I continually purchase due to quality and reliability. Bands are the perfect length for use in class and far exceed anything I have used before - good for clients to have their own equipment as it allows progression

Great bands
Good value for money. Long enough for a range of exercises.

Seem okay.
At time of review these cost £7.26 Prime or £11.99 for 3 bands. I didn't realise there were different lengths of bands, these are 6ft ones. I'd purchased 4ft ones before, lol. You get light, medium and heavy. I'm using the light one as I need to get my arm and back working properly before moving up. Reading some of the reviews about the bands snapping I was weary about standing on them and stretching my arms upwards. But I needn't have worried, but I'll still lean back a little whilst doing this stretch, lol.

Resistant bands
These were so worth buying. They helped with my stretching excersise and also my foot excersises for my plancture fascitis.

Great for physiotherapy
Great that the set comes with all three sizes. I used these for physio following arm fracture repair surgery. They were invaluable! They come with a carry case too.
