This shade cloth seems to actually cut out about 70% of the sunlight, as advertised. We got this to cut up in smaller pieces to make shade panels for individual young citrus trees. When you cut it to a smaller size it doesn't unravel or anything like that. We just folded it over and stapled it to wooden frames. I have also cut up some other similar shade cloth and just thrown it over wire fencing hoop tunnels to shade newly planted small trees and other plants.

Easy set up great quality and size. Makes a big difference. Work construction and out in the sun a lot helps so much. Can feel a decrease in temperature.

If you double it it give really good shade for pets and patios etc

Originally purchased this for another person. They couldn't use it, so gave back to me. It's been up for almost a year in the Arizona sun. No holes, one grommet came loose, but it's still held up to winds of 25mph and 115°F. Now purchasing another to cover a pool, just a different size. Worth the value, and keeps the porch cooler, even in summer.

Great quality sun shade.....looks good and is lite weight.....we will see how it does in wind and snow..... hopefully it will work

After 3 years,still going strong, one of them developed a tear where a piece of metal got knocked against it, but the tear has not increased in size even being exposed to Wyoming wind in several months it even held up under snow loads, I am truly surprised at the amount of sunlight it blocks. I also have a brown sun shade, but it s considerably hotter under the brown one

My veges were getting scorched by the Florida sun. This shade cloth is huge and works well. I have an 8x4 foot planter plus two smaller ones and there’s still room for more. My peppers are saved!!
