Purchased 2 of these at this point. Great weight to it, cover is thick and washes well. Use on neck, shoulders, abdomen. Stitching holds up better than others I’ve used.

I LOVE this heating pad. It's big. It's long. It's the perfect weight. It holds its heat for hours when it is under a blanket. Customer service is outstanding. Great product!

I like the softness and smell.

I love this heating pad mainly because of the dimensions. I know there are many sizes shapes and dozens of different ones out there but for me this was the perfect size in shape. This is also my second one I’ve worn one out I had for years and I use it nearly daily. I was very thrilled to find the exact same size again. I get leg cramps at night and the way this pad is designed I can kind of wrap it around my legs from my ankles to my knees, and it works for me. Plus, you can also use it on almost any part of your body, especially with the length that it is I think it’s well worth the money and it’s made well and I’m very happy.

I was really looking forward to having this. I tried it one time and it would have been great had it smelled like lavender, like it was supposed to. It smelled nothing like lavender. I thought it smelled really putrid when heated. It smelled so bad that the smell lingered on my shirt and I needed to change my shirt which obviously, I shouldn't have needed to do that. That is the reason that I gave it just 3 stars.

Well I have to admit I am quite pleased that my initial hesitancy about acquiring this wrap was unfounded. It is simply the best at relieving my achy shoulders and neck. Yes, it's somewhat heavy, but the weight keeps the wrap from slipping and it places a small amount of pressure on the parts that need healing. I love that the external wrap can be laundered separately. The lavender scent is faint. But I simply add lavender essence to make the fragrance stronger.

This is the best heat wrap I have used. My chiropractor recommended that I use heat in certain problem areas, this is when I started to look for something. I came across this product from SunnyBay and it has really helped my aches and pains. With regular use of this wrap, I should be able to cut down the visits tot he Dr. The lavender sent is amazing!!! Its not too strong but just a nice relaxing smell. The size is perfect to use on many areas that need the heat. I highly recommend this product.

I have a lot of pain in my shoulders and have found placing a cold wrap on my shoulders really helps with the pain and tightness in my shoulders. The Sunny Bay Unscented Wrap is great because I can put it in the freezer or heat it in the microwave if I need a heating pad. It really works great and is a great size to cover all areas to relieve pain.
