Fixed my Roborock. Easy to change. Arrived Fast.

Worked a treat and cheaper than a whole laser
I wasn't sure, and either was the manufacture that this was the cause of the fault but rather than spend a small fortune on the complete laser part, which is what they suggested, I went with this motor first and it solved the problem. From what I can tell, seems to be pretty common as well.

Fixed my Roborock S5 with LDS sensor error 1
The product arrived quickly and allowed me to successfully fix my Roborock s5 with an LDS error. Far cheaper than replacing the entire LDS. Note that my motor arrived with the orange wheel piece in the wrong position, however by pulling it was possible to slide it to the correct position as pictured.

Good value but needs replacement every 2 years
this does not last very long, I have to replace it every 2 years or so. but it is only 10 dollars, so I am fine with it. I think it is a design issue with the machine itself.
