It is very dangerous gummy for high blood pressure.I try this gummy first time then in the next morning i feel headache.After two days i take again one gummy in night and in the next morning i feel intense headache then i consult with doctor,he check my blood pressure it was very much elevated than normal level (my age is 23yrs) and i attached my blood pressure reading and for confirmation i check it 3times.So, before taking melotonin consult with doctor.And those who have already high bp try to avoid it.
