Can this be used in the water line or does it make eyes tear???

Hi there! Thank you for reaching out about the Jumbo Eye Pencil. This can be used around the eyes and near the water line. For a more precise application, we would also like to recommend the Epic Wear Liner Sticks. These waterproof eyeliner pencils use the highly-pigmented, long-lasting color to create a classic wing, or rock a head-turning graphic eye look. We hope you will check it out!
