The double-layer latex foam provides soft cushioning initially, and the breathability is a nice touch because of the perforations. However, they are on the thinner side, so they might not provide enough arch support if you require heavy orthopedic relief. They work well for casual everyday wear, and getting three pairs in a pack is a good value, but do not expect them to replace heavy-duty sport insoles

A favorite pair of flats were suffering from disintegrating insoles and no longer wearable. I wanted something very thin so as not to tighten the fit of the shoe. These fulfill that requirement. There are cut-to-fit guides printed on the insole but I removed the existing ones to use as a template. The insoles are soft and comfortable but do not always stay put when removing my shoes. I'll probably remedy that with some double faced tape. Fun that there a pretty pastel colors!

These are thinner that other inserts I have purchased. The layers separate. One separated after only wearing it twice! The positive is, they cut easily and provided a good fit inside the shoe.

I couldn’t find this at the local stores so I figured Amazon would have it. They did the only thing that I think I would do is add a sticky substance in the back of those so it could stick to the shoe but it worked.

I gone it a Zero if I could. Didn't last a month or a wash and they're sticky. Don't waste your time! Pure garbage!
